Layering 3D Modeling Technology

Modeling quality for fine detailThe 3DUJ-2207 utilizes the UV curing inkjet method, a printing process that involves the successive application of ink layers, including support material, until the desired object is completed.

The 3DUJ-2207 uses Material Jetting technology with UV ink that cures instantly. With each pass, the ink (including the support material) is jetted and cured directly by the UV-LED units.

Because colors are applied during the printing process (unlike subsequent coloring), the result is richer and more photo-realistic full-color 3D models.

3DCS-322 cleaning stationBy combining acrylic resin-based inks with unique Waveform Control (WFC) and Variable Dot (VDT) technologies, and an impressive resolution of 1200 × 1200 dpi, the printer enables the manufacturing of durable 3D models with unmatched detail.

Acrylic resin gives 3D models strength comparable to ABS, allowing for post-processing such as drilling for screws or applying a protective coating.
