Swivel Blade for Every Material Type

The CG-AR Series can be equipped with a blade dedicated to the specific material being cut.

Dedicated blades are available for cutting vinyl, small lettering, reflective films, fluorescent films, rubber sheets, and thick paper.

Additionally, a creaser is available for scoring fold lines, enabling easy and clean folding.

ID Cut function explainedAvailable in 3 Models

Supports a maximum cutting width of 60, 107, and 137 cm, respectively.

The CG-AR Series cutting plotter continues the legacy of reliability established by CG cutters, offering common cutting functions such as kiss-cut, full-cut, and half-cut, allowing for the processing of cardboard, PVC, fluorescent and reflective films, magnetic sheets, and more.

Maximum Sheet Width and Cutting Width:

  • Desktop Model CG-60AR: 740 / 606 mm

  • Floor-standing Model CG-100AR: 1250 / 1070 mm

  • Floor-standing Model CG-130AR: 1550 / 1370 mm

ID Cut Function

A professional cutting solution that scans cutting data (in barcode format).

The registration mark sensor on the cutting plotter scans the cutting data and registration marks, initiating the cut accordingly. This significantly reduces human intervention and operator error while increasing productivity.

High Downforce

Increased pressure of up to 550 grams facilitates the cutting of thick paper.

By enabling the cutting of a wide range of materials and supporting creasing for easy folding, it becomes possible to achieve professional results such as window lettering, stickers, signs, labels, magnets, window displays, shelf wobblers, packaging, and paper crafts.

High DownforceUser-Friendly Software

Includes a Windows driver, Simple POP, and FineCut, for seamless integration with Mimaki printers.

  • Windows Driver: Allows printing directly from existing Windows applications as if it were a “standard” printer.

  • Simple POP: A standalone application for creating your own decorations using templates.

  • FineCut/Coat9: A plug-in software for Illustrator and CorelDRAW, dedicated to professional designers.
