Description
Building on the solid experience of the previous model, the (C)JV330-160 solvent printer has been designed and developed from the ground up, integrating numerous new features and innovations. It significantly improves both image quality and productivity, setting a new standard in the field of sign graphics.

Superior image quality
Superior image qualityHigher image clarity and more uniform density, with reduced banding even when printing with a low number of passes.
Image clarity has been significantly improved thanks to much higher ink droplet accuracy.
The new high-precision print heads offer increased dot density (6,400 nozzles), enabling high-quality output even with fewer passes.
The new image processing technology (MWDT) minimizes the effects of individual print head imperfections and adjustment errors, while increasing image uniformity and detail.
Media Changer
Media ChangerA compact, space-saving system capable of holding three media rolls and allowing a single operator to quickly switch the printing media.
The ability to mount three different rolls directly on the printer enables fast media changes between jobs, reducing effort and manpower requirements.
XY Slitter
XY SlitterAn inline roll-fed cutting system that significantly reduces post-processing operations.
With the option to cut media in both the X and Y directions, compensating for possible misalignments, the system accelerates workflow and provides fast, precise finishing solutions.

In addition to the newly introduced functions, the operating experience has been significantly improved. Whether it is the V-cut function that prevents media slipping or deformation, the new fabric wiper system that keeps the print head area clean, or the remote panel access application, the (C)JV330-160 simplifies and optimizes the entire workflow.
Solvent inks for superior quality
The (C)JV330-160 solvent printer can be configured with different ink sets depending on application requirements.
The mild solvent ink Mimaki SS21, available in 4-color (productivity), 6-color (for transparent materials), and 8-color (extended color gamut) configurations, is recognized for its excellent quality, weather resistance, and high abrasion resistance.
The mild solvent ink Mimaki BS4, available only in a 4-color configuration, is appreciated for its fast drying, low odor, and cost efficiency.
With this new printer, Mimaki provides a solution adapted to any application requirement, making the (C)JV330-160 a highly versatile system.
