Mimaki JFX200-2513 EX
Iată traducerea în limba engleză, incluzând titlul:
Industry-Leading UV-LED Flatbed Printer
Building on the success of the JFX200-2513 model, the new JFX200-2513 EX defines the next generation in large format UV-LED flatbed printing. Thanks to our new 3D print technology, the JFX200-2513 EX introduces 2.5D layered printing, where the Rasterlink6 PLUS RIP automatically creates up to 17 layers from a single grayscale image. Each gradation layer is processed differently, generating a stunning realistic depth with varying layer thicknesses on the printed media, resulting in perfect and beautiful textures. With a high-speed mode of 35 m²/h, the newly staggered printhead carriage allows for the simultaneous printing of color and white.
Description
The range of possible applications is practically unlimited. A selection:
Art reproductions, Backlit graphics, Construction panels, Displays, Exhibition signs, Rigid packaging, Lenticular (printing with 3D effects), ID cards, Logos (3D), Operation panels, Promotional items, Corporate gifts, Accessories and much more…
The Mimaki JFX200-2513 EX can print on an extensive range of materials, such as:
Acrylics, Polycarbonate, PVC, Glass, Aluminum, Metal, Polyester, Foam board, Styrene, Wood, Stone
Attention must be paid to ink adhesion. Even though our colored inks can print on almost any substrate, the level of adhesion differs between materials. Our PR-200 primer inks improve adhesion while preserving the look and feel of the material.

Print speed
Compared to the JFX200-2513:
- The print speed is twice as fast in all printing modes
- In addition, the JFX200-2513 EX introduces a new high-speed print mode of 35 m²/h
New 2.5D print technology
The easy creation of 2.5D effects is now possible in just a few clicks for anyone using the RasterLink6 PLUS RIP.
- Creates embossed textures on any printed material
- Bridges the gap between 2D and 3D applications
Enhanced usability
Foot pedal
-
A foot pedal is installed at the front of the printer to easily turn the vacuum on/off without accessing the control panels
-
The vacuum units can also be turned on/off via the control panel
-
The vacuum area is divided in the X direction and can be set according to the media size
-
A more powerful vacuum unit is also available as an option
-

Ethernet connection
-
In addition to the USB 2.0 connection, the new JFX200-2513 EX also offers an Ethernet connection
-
Allows multiple printers to be connected to a single computer for greater convenience
-
Installation is simple, by connecting the cables to the network
Event email
-
For remote indication of the printer status, it can be sent from the printer to a PC or mobile phone via the Internet
IoT automation
-
MDL commands* are used to integrate Mimaki printers into unmanned on-demand production lines, connected to the customer’s production systems and peripheral equipment, allowing for easy integration into automation systems on the production floor
-
The use of MDL commands controls the position and height of the print head, as well as printer operations such as initiating printing
-
JFX200-2513 EX IoT Automation
*The MDL command is part of the SDK Kit for system integrators, available for download on the Mimaki website
External safety interface
-
In addition to the standard emergency switch, the external safety interface allows the connection of various external safety applications*, such as safety light curtains, etc.
*Only the external safety interface connector is included. External safety devices must be provided by the customer.
Improved continuous printing
Non-stop printing with automatic maintenance
-
NCU (Nozzle Check Unit) automatically checks the nozzle condition
-
When missing nozzles are detected, they are automatically cleaned
-
If some nozzles are still non-functional after cleaning, the NRS (Nozzle Recovery System) automatically replaces them with functional nozzles, so no technician intervention is required
Image quality control
MAPS (Mimaki Advanced Pass System) for banding-free printing
-
MAPS eliminates banding by dispersing ink drops between passes
-
This technology improves print quality in high-productivity modes and reduces uneven density in solid color areas
-
By printing in MAPS auto mode, the optimum MAPS condition is automatically selected for each print mode
-
Using MAPS does not change the print speed
-
The optimum setting varies depending on the print data or the media; make sure to test the image quality beforehand
Variable Dot Technology: reduces grainy appearance
-
Variable Dot Technology allows the printer to print in 3 different drop sizes (small, medium, and large) to create high-quality images with smooth gradations
-
Variable Dot printing uses smaller drops for smoother gradations, while larger drops create uniform solid colors
-
By generating drops in three different sizes, high-resolution graphics are achieved without a grainy appearance, even at high speeds or in low-resolution mode
-
Variable Dot Printing SWJ-320EA
Waveform Control for precise ink drop placement
-
Drops are optimized by tuning the frequency depending on the ink’s viscosity to accurately place and shape each ink drop
-
The result is sharper lines, texts, and optimized images, even at lower resolutions
