JFX600-2531 – Exclusive features for increased efficiency

Toggle Print
The Toggle Print function divides the print area into two sections: front and back. This feature significantly increases production efficiency by allowing users to load new media on one side while printing continues on the other. By minimizing waiting time, the workflow is optimized. The maximum print size for front/back in Toggle Print mode is 2500×1300 mm.

9 adjustable vacuum zones

The flatbed features 9 adjustable vacuum zones to securely fix the media. You can customize the suction according to the material size by opening or closing the valves. For better vacuum efficiency, users can close the valves or cover the suction holes in unused areas. The vacuum power can be conveniently controlled with a foot pedal.

Top productivity in the industry

More than three times faster than its predecessor, the JFX600 is at the top of the industrial flatbed printer market.

Using 16 industrial print heads, print speeds of up to 200 m²/h can be achieved, over 300% faster than the previous model. Supported by Mimaki’s Nozzle Check Unit (NCU) and Nozzle Recovery System (NRS), downtime is minimized, and productivity is guaranteed.

Multiple print heads

The JFX600 includes 16 industrial print heads to reach maximum speed in the 4-color configuration or in the 7-color configuration for high definition.

Although the large number of print heads contributes to achieving maximum speeds, the piezo technology of the heads makes them durable and reliable.

Variable Dot technology ensures high print quality with excellent gradations.

Ready for IoT

Allows easy integration of automated and unmanned production using robots.

The high and stable productivity makes the JFX600 ideal for integration into automated workflows for unattended printing.

Through the support of MDL commands, compatible with Industry 4.0 requirements, the operation can be fully automated and integrated into a production line along with other third-party peripheral equipment.

The Mimaki Printer Controller is the “embedded” PC that combines machine configuration, printer operation, and job control through a large and user-friendly touch panel.
