Cartridge Ink System
The JV100-160 model is available in a cartridge-based ink configuration.
The cartridge version is available in 4-color and 8-color configurations and integrates all Mimaki Core technologies.
DAS System
Automatically performs both bidirectional adjustment and media feed compensation.
The Mimaki-developed Dot Adjustment System (DAS) is easy to use and automatically performs two essential adjustments: bidirectional alignment and media feed adjustment.
Bidirectional adjustment ensures precise droplet positioning to produce perfectly round dots, contributing to the highest print quality.
Media feed compensation optimizes media feeding and eliminates horizontal banding.
ID Cut with Cutter Combination
Combine the JV100-160 with a Mimaki cutter for seamless integration using the ID Cut workflow.
For maximum production flexibility, the JV100-160 can be used together with a Mimaki FXII cutter, perfectly integrated through the ID-Cut workflow.
