High-Quality Printing
With the TS55-1800, high-resolution printing (480 × 600 DPI) with higher ink density becomes possible, utilizing one-pass printing at 135 m²/hour.
Our unique MAPS (Mimaki Advanced Pass System), which eliminates the banding effect, is also available for two-pass printing.
Productivity
With the optional Mini Jumbo Roll, “a first in its class,” the TS55-1800 achieves a level of productivity at a price that changes the market rules. A 2,500-linear-meter roll of Mimaki Vision Jet-X transfer paper (57 g/m²), combined with 10-liter ink tanks, will redefine the perception of productivity in this market segment.
Continuous Operation
Unattended printing is possible thanks to the Nozzle Check Unit (NCU) and Nozzle Recovery System (NRS) developed by Mimaki. The NCU automatically checks the nozzles and cleans the printhead when malfunctions occur. If certain nozzles cannot be recovered, printing continues using other available nozzles, without loss of productivity and without reducing print quality.
Newly Developed Sb610 Ink Set
Available in highly competitive 2-liter packs (with dual BMYK or BMYK Lb Lm Fluor Pink and Fluor Yellow configurations) or in economical 10-liter tanks (with dual BMYK configuration). Sb610 ink allows you to grow your business profitably.
This OEKO-TEX certified ink is suitable for printing skin-friendly textiles, such as clothing, as well as other textile materials like bed linens, tablecloths, and more.
TxLink4 Textile RIP
With the launch of the TS55-1800 printer, the dedicated TxLink3 textile software has been updated to TxLink4. This specialized RIP for textile applications includes new functionalities and usability improvements, such as: a 16-bit processing engine for more precise rendering and faster RIP speed, efficient nesting for material savings, and support for variable data printing.
