Inheriting the powerful features of the UJV100-160 model, this Plus version comes with three additional functions that not only expand the range of applications but also reduce operating costs and improve work efficiency.
Expand your applications with the pull-back printing function, which allows for three-layer printing using combinations of white, color, and/or clear ink. With the new ink saving function in RasterLink7, you can reduce ink consumption while still maintaining color tones. In combination with the CG-AR Cutter, you can now cut directly from RasterLink7 to the cutter, without using FineCut anymore.

The pull-back printing function increases the variety of multilayer applications, allowing printing in up to 3 layers with white and clear ink, while also reducing the dependence on the installed ink configuration.

A free function available in RasterLink7 allows the user to reduce ink consumption by up to approximately 50%, while maintaining the color tones of the image.
Perfect link for the Print & Cut solution
By combining the UJV100-160Plus with a CG-AR cutting plotter, operations are simplified, allowing cutting data to be sent directly from RasterLink7, without the need for additional design software.

With UV-LED light source and Greenguard Gold certified UV-curable inks
The UJV100-160Plus is equipped with a UV-LED light source, which reduces electricity costs by consuming less energy. With a maximum consumption of 0.5 kW, 20% lower than latex or eco-solvent printers, it reduces both energy costs and CO2 emissions.
The printer is also environmentally friendly, using only Greenguard Gold certified UV-curable inks, which produce almost zero harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
