High-performance, large-format UV LED inkjet printer
The new Mimaki UJV55-320 is a grand format UV LED printer that offers a unique combination of high print quality and high-volume productivity. It is ideal for the production of banners, retail graphics, exhibitions, window displays, and other similar applications, with widths of up to 3.2 meters.
In addition, it offers extended versatility through the twin-roll function, which allows for simultaneous printing on two rolls.

Efficient and Versatile Twin-Roll Simultaneous Printing
Taking advantage of the 3,200 mm print width, the printer allows for the mounting of two rolls of material for simultaneous printing. Either two different jobs or the same job can be printed on both rolls. The user can select the width of each roll separately, within the range of 210 – 1,524 mm.
Preventing Quality Issues – NCU
The UJV55-320 model is equipped with the automatic NCU (Nozzle Check Unit) system developed by Mimaki.
Clogged nozzles are automatically detected and cleaned by the system. If the issue is not resolved through cleaning, the printer automatically activates the NRS (Nozzle Recovery System) function and continues printing. These functions significantly reduce material waste caused by blocked nozzles during continuous printing.
Maintaining Productivity – NRS
The NRS system temporarily replaces defective nozzles with functional ones until a technician intervenes. This function allows for uninterrupted printing and maintains productivity.

Waveform Control Technology

Integrated LED Lightbox for Backlit Print Verification
An integrated LED lightbox illuminates the material immediately after printing, simulating backlit applications and allowing for instant quality verification.

Advanced RIP Software for Maximum Performance – UJV55-320
RasterLink 6 Software
New image processing techniques reduce tone jumps and uneven color printing.
Mimaki Fine Diffusion 1 (MFD1) technology has been recently integrated into the included RasterLink 6 software. MFD1 reduces noise generated in image data during processing and allows for smoother printing results, without tone jumps or color variations.
